Eligibility & Qualification
- Nationality: Applicant must be a resident of Bihar (Domicile).
- Age Limit: Minimum 17 years as of 01 January 2025. There is no maximum age limit specified.

- Passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- Minimum Marks: 50% for General/OBC candidates and 45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
- Candidates appearing in the 12th exam 2025 were also eligible (Results must be submitted during counseling).

Process of Counseling & Admission
- Step 1: Check Result: Download your Scorecard from the official website to know your Rank/Score.
- Step 2: Online Registration: Log in to the Counseling portal using your Roll Number and DOB.
- Step 3: Choice Filling: Select colleges in order of preference. You can select a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 30 colleges. Tip: Put Government (DIET) colleges first if you have a good score.
- Step 4: Fee Payment: Pay the non-refundable counseling fee online.
- Step 5: Seat Allotment (Merit List): BSEB will release the 1st Selection List. Download the Intimation Letter if a seat is allotted.
- Step 6: Document Verification & Admission: Visit the allotted college with original documents for verification and pay the security deposit to confirm the seat.
