Note: As per recent updates, D.El.Ed is the primary requirement for Varg 3. B.Ed eligibility is subject to latest Supreme Court/NCTE guidelines.

Senior Secondary (12th) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).

Senior Secondary (12th) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed).

Exam Pattern (Varg 3 / Primary Level)
The exam will be conducted in Online (CBT) mode. The question paper will consist of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). There is No Negative Marking.

Process of Form Filling & Key Mistakes to Avoid
Candidates must have a valid Profile Registration on the MP Online / ESB portal before applying.
- Step 1: Profile Registration: Create or Update your profile on the MPESB portal with latest photo and signature template. Aadhar e-KYC is mandatory.
- Step 2: Employment Registration (Rozgar Panjiyan): Ensure you have a valid and live registration number from the MP Employment Exchange.
- Step 3: Fill Application: Log in using Profile ID, select the "Primary School Teacher Eligibility Test 2026" link, and verify personal details.
- Step 4: Payment: Pay the fee via Net Banking/Debit Card/UPI or via MP Online Kiosk.
⚠️ Key Mistakes to Avoid (Reasons for Rejection):
- Photo Date Issue: The photograph on the template must have the Name of Candidate and Date of Photo taken (not older than 3 months) printed on it.
- Rozgar Panjiyan Expiry: Many candidates fail to renew their Employment Registration. Ensure it is active on the date of form filling.
- Biometric Lock: Ensure your Aadhar Biometrics are NOT locked, as biometric verification is required at the exam center.
